Mobolaji’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a certificate in Reform Entrepreneurship from Incubator Africa, a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from the prestigious Harvard Business School, and is a graduate of the Private Equity Executive Programme at the Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Joshua Daranijo is a distinguished lawyer and arbitrator respected for his deep expertise at the intersection of law, business and innovation. As a Co-Founder & Partner at Allen & Brooks, he brings visionary leadership and a wealth of experience spanning various sectors. He was pivotal in establishing the firm’s foundational direction and served as its inaugural Managing Partner.

Vicar Oguafor is a Lawyer and Chartered Arbitrator. He is currently a Senior Associate at Allen & Brooks where he oversees the corporate commercial, entertainment, technology, fintech, oil & gas and energy transactions of the firm. Vicar holds a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Afe Babalola University, and is an alumnus of the Corporate finance Institute (CFI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). 

Halleluyah Edem holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. Since joining Allen & Brooks, she has built a comprehensive transactional practice spanning admiralty and maritime, aviation, energy, project finance and fintech. She has overseen the arrest of vessels at the Lagos–Apapa Terminal, led due-diligence and deal structuring for a major cross-border fintech merger, advised on multiple high-value project-finance financings, and structured a diverse portfolio of start-ups

Izuchukwu Ibeanusi is an Associate at Allen & Brooks, where he provides strategic legal support across a range of practice areas. He holds an LL.B. from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, having graduated with Second Class Upper Division Honours, and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after completing his B.L. at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, with the same honours classification in the top 7% of his set. 

Akorede Durojaiye is a Lawyer and Chartered Arbitrator. She graduated from the University of Lagos with Second Class Upper Division and holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School.

Oluwafisayo Kayode is an Associate at the firm. She obtained her LL.B from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. Oluwafisayo has garnered considerable experience across diverse areas of legal practice, including Civil and Criminal Litigation, Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree at the University of Ibadan.

Peace Mbachu is the Executive Assistant at Allen & Brooks, where she supports the firm’s leadership with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative operations. With a strong focus on confidentiality and efficiency, she plays a key role in keeping internal processes organized and running smoothly.

Dayo Ijagbemi is a Business Administrator and the Administrative and Operations Personnel at Allen & Brooks. He oversees the firm’s internal systems, resource coordination, and day to day operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and in alignment with the firm’s strategic goals. He also holds a certification in cybersecurity from Cisco and brings a strong understanding of tech and systems to support the firm’s evolving needs.
