Joshua Daranijo is a Lawyer and Arbitrator. He holds certificates in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School; University of Pennsylvania. He also has a certification in Investment & Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies from the World Bank Group.
Mobolaji Oriola is a Lawyer, Chartered Arbitrator, Investor & Humanitarian. He is a Founding Partner at Allen & Brooks, where he provides legal & business advisory services to individuals, businesses, companies and multinationals. Mobolaji is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School.
Vicar Oguafor is a Lawyer and Chartered Arbitrator. He is currently a Senior Associate at Allen & Brooks where he oversees the corporate commercial, entertainment, technology, fintech, oil & gas and energy transactions of the firm. Vicar holds a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Afe Babalola University, and is an alumnus of the Corporate finance Institute (CFI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Mercy Iyoha is an associate of the firm. She holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LLB degree (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin where she emerged as the overall second-best graduating student in her class. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. As a key member of the firm, she provides high level legal advisory services to clients in Energy, Fintech, Start-ups, IP and the Entertainment sector.
Lawal Oluwaseun is an Associate in the firm. Lawal holds a LL. B degree (Second class upper division) from Babcock University and a B.L (Second class Upper division) graduating in the top 13th percentile of his class in the Nigerian law school.
Amure Oluwatobiloba is a Lawyer and Arbitrator. She is an alumnus of Afe Babalola University. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) and Nigerian Society of International Law. Oluwatobiloba has garnered experience and training from different firms which include Taiwo Kupolati & Co, Aluko and Oyebode , Festus Keyamo chambers.
