He was pivotal in establishing the firm’s foundational direction and served as its inaugural Managing Partner.
Prior to co-founding Allen & Brooks, Joshua led the tech-innovation team at a leading start-up advisory firm, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and digital transformation. His career includes impactful contributions at renowned institutions such as Unilever, Business Law Academy and DEAL HQ Partners.
Joshua holds prestigious certifications in Strategic Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Investment & Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies from the World Bank Group. In his current advisory capacity, Joshua provides strategic counsel to FoodCo Nigeria, a diversified consumer goods company, supporting their retail, QSR and manufacturing growth initiatives. He also advises international clients such as Comfort Healthplus and Afrifresh Inc. guiding market entry and corporate structuring efforts.
Beyond his legal practice, Joshua is actively engaged in professional leadership. He chairs the Young Members’ Committee of the International Law Association (Nigerian Chapter) and serves as Vice Chair of the Agriculture Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL). He also sits on the boards of two indigenous Nigerian companies, where his insights into innovation and business strategy are highly regarded.
